Music can relax the mind, energise the body, and even help people better manage pain. like so many others, I listen to music daily to soothe my mind and for relaxation. I have even started using a massage playlist as I go to bed to really help me clear my mind and reduce any stress from the day.

If you’re having a tough day or week, tune out for a few minutes before you attempt to figure everything out again.
